Christmas cards written, stamped and ready for the postman. I hope nobody's been forgotten.
Nice to be on the home straight into christmas break now, though there's still some getting ready to get done.
Not much news other than there was a family christmas party at the weekend what was very enjoyable (yum yum thanks mum) and the fog seems to be lifting. We'll see how that is in the morning.
The fog in Dublin last night was really quite dense, it is a long time since I had seen anything like it. It was unusual that first thing yesterday morning the fog was quite bad at home but when I got into town it wasn't too bad. But within an hour or 2 the fog was really bad in town also. Then when I was leaving town last night the fog was still very heavy but when I got home it was starting to clear. You can imagine that the buildings in the city centre seem to slow the fog 'pouring' in at the start and then slow it's retreat when it is clearing. There would have been some nice pictures to be taken if I had my camera with me.
ReplyDeleteNasty weather for biking, is fog. I took a couple of photos - not sure if they'll come out, I must finish the roll!
