Indeed. Quiet it has been, hasn't it? So, to bring you up to date. Interviews are ongoing, and some are more successful than others. Timber floor (semi-solid oak) has been cut and glued in position downstairs (bringing the outstanding floor coverings to 0) - trim and beading is required to finish that off. And last of all, I miss the audio controls from the steering wheel that the Focus had. That's about it at the moment. It's replacement? It's red.
Now, 2007 has just begun, hasn't it? How come ham we bought this evening has a Best Before date of 12 March? Where's the month of January gone? I demand a tribunal.
Pizza from the local Pinheads this evening. OK, the base was not thin enough to be thin and not thick enough to be deep pan. Toppings were tasty, but as the base let it down, we won't score it too highly. Handiness of takeaway pizza cannot be denied, however.
